Live in harmony with the Canadian wilderness, self-sufficient, and build up your own existence Many friends of Canada - people who like to live self-sufficient, as collectors, anglers and other lovers of nature who take a critical view upon our "civilized" world, share one thing: they want to live in pure wilderness, full-time or part-time, far away from the disadvantageous influences of the civilization, the ever-growing traffic and the big cities with their incalculable human masses and their disadvantages to our health. Many people dream of living far away from nuclear power plants, industry and environmental pollution, and independent of power, water and food supplies. Yet, many of them have neither the necessary capital nor the time to buy such a property, to maintain and to manage it. Also, not all of them can make their living in the wilderness. Many people would like to enjoy this life, but do not want to give up living with neighbours and like-minded people.
